Serbia is part of EU but not into the Schenegen visa category at the moment. One needs to apply for a separate visa to visit Serbia. However, if you have a valid US Visa, valid Multiple Entry Schenegen Visa, valid UK visa on the date of entry and exit into Serbia, you can travel without getting a Serbian Visa.
